1. Acceptance of Terms

by accessing and using TYLT ("the service", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("user", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms of service ("terms"), along with our privacy policy. if you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the service.

2. Description of Service

TYLT is an experimental platform that uses artificial intelligence models to analyze disputes and provide mediation suggestions. the service utilizes third-party AI providers (including but not limited to openai, anthropic, and google) to generate analysis and recommendations. the service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

3. Eligibility and Account Access

you must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. by using TYLT, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. we reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion without notice or liability.

4. User Content and Submissions

by submitting any content (text, images, or other materials) to TYLT:

• you represent that you own or have necessary rights to submit the content
• you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content for operating and improving the service
• you grant us permission to process your content through third-party AI services
• you acknowledge that your content may be analyzed by multiple AI models
• you understand that while we use unique urls for access control, submitted content is not encrypted and should not be considered confidential
• you agree not to submit any personally identifiable information, confidential information, trade secrets, or sensitive personal data

5. AI-Generated Content

all analysis, recommendations, and decisions generated by AI models ("output") are provided as-is without any guarantee of accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose. output may not be unique to you and may be similar to output generated for other users with similar inputs. we do not claim ownership of output you receive, but we also do not warrant that such output is accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs. you are solely responsible for evaluating and using any output.

6. Important Disclaimers

you must consult with qualified, licensed professionals (such as lawyers, doctors, financial advisors, or counselors) for any disputes, decisions, or matters requiring professional expertise. AI-generated analysis is not a substitute for human professional judgment.

7. Prohibited Conduct

you agree not to use TYLT for any of the following purposes:

• any illegal activities or disputes involving illegal content
• harassment, threats, hate speech, or abusive content targeting individuals or groups
• violating others' privacy, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights
• submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• spamming, phishing, or automated abuse of the service
• uploading malicious files, viruses, or harmful code
• attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the service
• impersonating others or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
• using the service to make critical decisions regarding health, safety, legal matters, or financial matters
• scraping, data mining, or extracting data from the service through automated means

8. Third-Party Services

the service uses third-party AI providers to generate analysis. your content will be transmitted to and processed by these third-party services, which are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. we are not responsible for the practices or policies of these third-party providers. by using TYLT, you acknowledge and accept the involvement of these third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

the service, including all software, code, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding user content and AI output), is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the service without our express written permission. the TYLT name and logo are our trademarks and may not be used without permission.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. to the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content
• warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• warranties regarding the results obtained from using the service
• warranties that defects will be corrected

we do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that any errors will be corrected. you use the service at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

to the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. this includes but is not limited to:

• damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated analysis or recommendations
• damages resulting from decisions made based on service output
• loss or corruption of user content or data
• unauthorized access to your submissions or case information
• service interruptions, errors, or unavailability
• actions or omissions of third-party AI providers

in no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to use the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is less. some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TYLT, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of the service; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; (d) your user content; or (e) any decisions you make based on AI-generated output.

13. Termination and Suspension

we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at our sole discretion. we may also remove any content or cases at any time without liability. upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

14. Modifications to Service

we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service. we may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the service without notice or liability.

15. Changes to Terms

we reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. when we make changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of these terms. your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. if you do not agree to the modified terms, you must stop using the service immediately. we encourage you to review these terms periodically.

16. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property disputes. you agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

17. Severability

if any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. the invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if that is not possible, it will be severed from these terms.

18. Entire Agreement

these terms, together with our privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TYLT regarding the service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, regarding the service.
